Refund Policy

EarnBazaar does not charge users to download or use the app, so traditional purchase refunds do not apply. This policy instead explains how we handle wallet balances and withdrawal issues.

Withdrawal reversals

If a withdrawal fails due to an incorrect UPI ID or a technical issue on our end, the amount is credited back to your EarnBazaar wallet automatically or within 5 business days.

Disputed rewards

If you believe a reward was incorrectly denied or reversed, contact earnbazaarhelp@gmail.com with your account details and task ID. We investigate every dispute with our advertising partners before making a final decision.

Fraudulent activity

Wallet balances earned through fraudulent activity, as defined in our Terms & Conditions, are not eligible for withdrawal or refund and may be forfeited.
